   In preparation for a smooth transition from middle school to high school,  you will be creating a “passport” before to get you ready for high school.  Your passport will be completed by you and demonstrate that you have made the journey of self-discovery.  

This web quest is designed to highlight your talents, build your confidence, and give you some practical knowledge. After all, the more planning you do now, the more prepared you will be for your transition into high school.
